Battle Creek
In Wyoming, the Home Ranch features four and one-half miles of Battle Creek, habitat to wild brook, rainbow, cutthroat, and brown trout.

Cooperative projects with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Wyoming Game & Fish helped us to design a system to maintain bank stability, improve the fishery and increase stream health. Rock structures were installed in order to enhance Battle Creek.
These cooperative and continuing projects make Battle Creek a showplace for private and public cooperation. Battle Creek is reserved exclusively for catch and release fly fishing. Experienced fishermen tell us it offers "the best small stream fishing in the country." For kids of all ages who wish to bait fish and/or keep their catch, we have stocked ponds.
Little Snake River
We also offer fishing in Colorado, on the Little Snake River. The Ladder Ranch owns one mile of the river for your fishing pleasure.
Lodging
We have several lodging options for fishermen who would like to stay near where they hunt. These lodging options include self-serve cabins and full service rooms.
